Returns & refunds

1. Return right
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it and request a refund, without needing to give a reason.
2. Return conditions
- Items must be returned brand-new, unused, and unwashed, with their original tags.
- The full box must be returned (all items received).
- Items must be protected in suitable packaging for shipping.
3. How to return your order
- Email us at contacto@eldominio.es with your order number and your wish to return.
- We send the return address and next steps within 48 hours.
- Ship the parcel within 14 days of your request, preferably with tracking.
4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective item, in which case we cover them in full.
5. Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order. The refund covers the price of the returned items.
6. Damaged or non-conforming item
If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We arrange a replacement or refund at our expense under applicable legal warranties.
7. “Surprise” nature of the boxes
The random nature of the contents (colours, styles, models) is inherent to the surprise-box concept and is not a ground for non-conformity. Your 14-day return right still applies in full.
