Terms & conditions of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales of surprise boxes offered on this site to consumers located in Canada. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2 — Products

The products sold are “surprise boxes” containing an assortment of designer clothing and accessories, brand-new with tags, from clearance (end-of-line, returns, and surplus). The contents of each box are determined at random within the size chosen by the customer: the customer acknowledges and accepts that the nature, colours, styles, and exact number of items per box cannot be chosen or guaranteed. Quantities indicated (4 to 6 pieces for 2 kg, 10 to 14 pieces for 5 kg) are average estimates based on weight.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD), taxes included where applicable. Any shipping fees are shown before you confirm your order. Current rates are:

L'Outlet reserves the right to change prices at any time; products are billed at the rates in effect when the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order

The customer selects the desired weight and size and confirms the order through the secure payment platform. The sale is final once the order is confirmed and payment is collected. A confirmation email with the order summary is sent to the customer.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online at the time of order by credit or debit card or any other method offered on the payment page. Transactions are protected by SSL encryption. L'Outlet does not store any banking details.

Article 6 — Shipping

We ship within Canada. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 business hours and delivered in 3 to 5 business days via a tracked carrier. Timeframes are estimates. For more details, see our Shipping page.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal / returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it and request a refund, without needing to give a reason. Items must be returned brand-new, unused, and with their original tags. Conditions are detailed on our Returns & refunds page. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where we are at fault.

Article 8 — Refund

For a valid return, the refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the order.

Article 9 — Legal warranties

Products benefit from the statutory warranties available under applicable Canadian consumer protection and sale-of-goods laws. If an item is non-conforming or defective, contact us at contacto@eldominio.es.

Article 10 — Customer service and complaints

For any question or complaint, our customer service is available at contacto@eldominio.es. You may also contact the consumer protection authority in your province or territory.

Article 11 — Personal information

Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.

Article 12 — Governing law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province or territory in which you reside. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; failing agreement, the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will hear the matter.
